Headlamp Studios is a full-service video production studio based in Salt Lake City, UT, specializing in commercial and documentary content. We’ve worked with brands like Firestone Tires and Strafe Outerwear, as well as international brands based in South America and Europe. A lot of our content is inspired by our passion for the outdoors and athletics, but we are also no stranger to corporate work for businesses in a span of different industries.

Sales is the gas that allows the company to run. Video projects from new and old clients come in at a slow and steady rate, but we are hoping to find the right person who can help us ramp the pace of our sales and give us the gas we need to grow more quickly.

Job Responsibilities

The #1 responsibility of this role is to increase the amount of qualified leads coming in. The Sales Ops Specialist will be the first point of contact for most of our new clients. The role starts small, but is flexible and can grow according to your ambition. Here are some specific tasks you can expect to be in charge of:

  • Building and organizing new lists of leads
  • Creating and managing outbound email campaigns
  • Responding to and qualifying incoming leads
  • Improving outbound campaigns based on data collected
  • Conducting discovery calls with outbound and inbound prospects
  • Manual + automated email and phone outreach

Fully Remote.

Part time (~10-20 hrs per week)

100% Commission-Based. We expect you should earn $1,000-$2,000 per month.
